Yes, we deliver rentals! GLC 2GO! is available for both bike service and rental deliveries. This option is especially popular with visiting customers who may not have transportation. You can request rental delivery during the booking process, and we’ll coordinate the details with you directly.

You’ll receive a digital invoice once we’ve checked in your bike and confirmed the work needed. GLC 2GO! fees and service charges can be paid securely online. You can also pay in-store if you choose to stop by instead of delivery.

Yes! GLC 2GO! operates all year, weather permitting. We do adjust hours slightly during off-season months or in extreme weather conditions. Availability is always updated on our online booking system.

We currently serve all of Chico and some surrounding areas. If you're outside our standard range (e.g., Durham or north of town), give us a call—we may be able to accommodate with a small surcharge.

Yes! During the booking process, just select both pickup and delivery. We'll coordinate both legs of the service so your bike returns to you fully repaired and ready to ride—no extra trip needed.
